Mines, also known as droppers, are one of the primary item classes in Ore Tycoon 2. They are the primary source of cash.

Ore value increases each level by 5% to adjust for Inflation. With that being said, please note that the ore values on this page or the individual mine pages may not be consistent with what is seen in–game.

List of Mines

Ore values on this wiki will only show the initial ore value, or the ore value for a mine when you unlock that mine for the first time. For example, players unlock the second floor at Level 2, so this wiki will only show the ore values for second floor mines at their Lv. 2 ore values.

The costs of all tycoon items will not be mentioned on this wiki, as the prices change depending on level and are, thus, difficult to maintain, especially as tycoon items may be balanced in future updates.

As of the Dawn of the New Age update, there are 178 mines.

Trivia

• The Mysterious Legendary Mythical Bee Excagrader is the first and only hybrid excavator–upgrader and hybrid mine–upgrader in Ore Tycoon 2.
  • However, this was broken for a few years before being turned into a skin for the Iron Excavator.
• The event mine skins were originally their own mines, which provided a boost early game. They were turned into skins in the Holidays 2020 Event update.
  • There used to be a conveyor called the "Premium District" that had the event mines; however, it was removed and the event mines were turned into skins.
